I was sent home from Air Force Basic Training about a month ago now, which to this day I'm still looking for a job. I was sent home because I was diagnosed with Patello Femoral Syndrome, which basically means I have chronic knee pains that were interfering with my training(unable to meet Physical standards). I entered training on the 10th of February and was deactivated at 00:01 on April 10th. I made it to the end of the 4th week of training before I was recycled 2 weeks back to a different flight in a different squadron, because I was unable to perform the 4th week PT evaluation. I was with my new flight for only 4 days when the Doctors decided to assign me to the 319th Training Squadron, which is for the Med-hold, Separation, and Get-Fit trainees. I spent 17 days in Med-Hold, then spent 7 days in Separation.

Even though I was sent home I'm still happy that I went, because even though I probally don't show it, it has made a difference in my life.
